Project / Delray Beach, FL 33446
Some bathrooms you use. Others you look forward to. This Delray Beach primary bathroom is now firmly in the second group - a bright, hotel-style retreat built around a frameless walk-in corner shower, warm brushed gold fixtures and a double vanity with room for two.
Project Overview
This remodel focused on the three things that matter most in a primary bath: a shower you actually want to step into, storage and counter space for two, and finishes that still look great years from now. Every piece was chosen to work together, from the tile veining to the gold on the faucets, so the room feels designed rather than assembled.

Every finish in this Delray Beach bathroom was chosen to work together, from the frameless glass to the brushed gold details.
Angled frameless glass with brushed gold hinges wraps the corner, letting light pass through so the whole bathroom feels larger.
Large-format gray porcelain with soft veining gives a marble look that shrugs off daily showers and South Florida humidity.
A white pebble mosaic adds texture and grip underfoot, and a gold-trimmed niche keeps everything off the floor.
A rain head, a handheld on a slide bar, a grab bar and a teak bench make the shower work for every morning, and for aging in place.
Warm wood cabinets, a white top, two undermount sinks and two backlit LED mirrors, so no one waits their turn.
A corner soaking tub with a deck-mounted gold filler keeps a long soak on the menu and ties into the new finishes.
Bathrooms here deal with humidity year-round, so smart material choices matter as much as looks.
Porcelain resists moisture and needs no regular sealing, so it keeps its look with simple cleaning.
Fewer grout lines give mold and mildew fewer places to settle.
No bottom track to trap water and grime, and far easier to wipe down.
Clutter stays off the floor, the shower stays safer and easier to clean, and task lighting lands right where you need it.

Our Process
Every MIA bathroom follows the same clear process, so you always know what is next.
In your home or virtually, we talk through how you use the space and what you want to change.
See your new bathroom before any work starts, and adjust tile, vanity and layout until it is right.
Everything is written out up front, so there are no surprise invoices.
As a licensed general contractor (CGC1535875) and plumbing contractor (CFC1434602), we pull the permits and schedule the inspections.
Demolition, plumbing, tile, glass and finishes are managed in-house.
We review every detail with you before we call it done.
